It doesn't take a scientist to know seed oils are unhealthy

You don't need a science degree to understand why vegetable (seed) oils are unhealthy. Just take a look at how they're produced, in stark contrast to oils and fats that have been utilized for millennia and can be easily crafted at home.

It's not a coincidence that the most widely used seed oils, which has invaded most of what Americans consume, also happen to undergo extensive industrial processing involving the use of chemicals and toxic agents.

In contrast, oils like olive oil, coconut oil, lard, and tallow are relatively straightforward to produce, and anyone can make them at home.

Health is complicated. Eat real foods.
