I'm incredible lucky the previous owner of my 19-acre property planted macadamia nut trees more than 35 years ago and they've been dropping from the tree for the last 2 months. I collected a bunch and after an hour of cracking these nuts by hand, I decided to make Toffee Bark with them using only the highest quality ingredients: organic sugar, real quality butter, mineral salt, maldon salt and Taza's 85% Super Dark Chocolate.
