Daily Vitamin Roll

I came up with a concept called Daily Vitamin Meals that when crafting a meal, I try to incorporate as many nutrients and components that help fight inflammation, improve gut health and bolster overall immunity. It’s just like a daily multi-vitamin but in food form. This was the first meal I came up with and it incorporates all of my 10 FAM Food As Medicine principles:
1. Taste
2. Sourcing
3. Nutrients (+Medicinal)
4. Fiber (Prebiotics)
5. Probiotics
6. Color
7. Texture
8. Flavor Profiles
9. Bio-diversity
10. Intention - Love
Ingredients:
Nori (Seaweed Wrapper)
Wild Salmon (I used honey smoked but can use raw or cooked)
Avocado
Trumpet mushrooms grilled (can use oyster, shiitake, maitake)
Furikake
Togarashi
Sauerkraut (the probiotic kind found in refrigerated section)
Red cabbage
Cucumber
Carrots
Mixed microgreens
Turmeric ginger sprouted brown rice cooked in chicken bone broth (omit or replace with cauliflower for low carb keto)
